It was quite a job doing it alone. As you can see from the picture below, it is pretty high off the ground and the OSB sheets are heavy.

My son-in-law and grandson came this morning and helped me to lift and brace the north wall. My daughter came too but decided to just sit in the car and watch.

Once that was done I had space to stud up the east & west walls. Since those weren't sheathed they were light enough for me to lift them myself.

I finished sheathing the south wall and it's ready to raise. Now I just have to gather enough muscle to help me raise it up.
This morning I had to wait for a county building inspector to check out my deck framing before I could continue. But, once that was done I got almost all of the sub-floor installed, only two sheets left.
Tomorrow I hope to complete the sub-floor and frame up the south wall.
I decided to run my water service pipe into the crawl space and close off the entrance prior to damp proofing the crawl space instead of having to go back and do it after. You can see here that they left me an opening in the wall to run the water service through.

So, I ran the water pipe into the hole they left me and used some scrap cinder block and mortar to cover up the entrance holes in prep for damp proofing.

As you can see in the photo below, there is a similar spot on the south wall of the crawl space for the septic pipes to exit. My septic install is still some ways away so I decided to leave that for later.
